Location was good. Did offer breakfast.

Room was small. Hair dryer ran for 30 seconds then stopped. Would have to wait a while to get only another 30 seconds.

Great location and close to all attractions.

The location was great. The hotel was clean. The staff so, so. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants close by and walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. The Hop On, Hop Off bus stop is close by.

The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I was there for 3 days and did not sleep at all.

Very nice hotel in the good location! Recommended!

Location was very good, staff was very helpful, reception works 24/7, rooms were clean, daily room service was also on the good level, many restaurants, shops, pharmacies around

Breakfast was ok, but could be better, not many products and mostly sweet and low quality products like ham or toast bread. Additionally, there was a noice from the hall and other rooms- poor soundproofing in rooms.

wonderful week end in Rome

Clean place, very good breakfast, location fantastic, excellent value for money the staff is friendly and professional, the bathroom and shower were really super, the room was great, not big but I knew this when I booked and was fine because we just spent one night there

was all very good, only thing that can be improved are the pillow, they were too high and stiff, maybe next time I will check with the staff if they had others

The staff and the cleanliness.

Rooms were quite small including bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast offering was OK but did not cater for the British diet. The saying ‘When in Rome….’ springs to mind. Again the breakfast room was very small.

This was our 2nd time at Ludovisi and will surely visit again.

The breakfast is great compared to other places, and location is within walking distance to central touristic spots like Trevi (20 mins max)

Location was excellent

I would chose a room at the back on my next visit. The room assigned faced the front road and it was real noisy in the early mornings with the garbage disposal trucks.

We booked this place last minute & were pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and professional. They helped us with booking our taxi’s, information on tours and let us store our bags with them whilst we explored Rome after check out. The cleaners also always did a great job cleaning and the location is really great if you want to be close to the main attractions and public transport! The mirror features in the rooms were also handy when getting ready for the day!

If people are talking loudly in the hall way then you can hear it from the room (ours was on the third floor). This probably has to do with the floor surface as it is not carpet.

A good stay in a comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was very good.

The location, just to the north of the CBD in the Ludovisi precinct, was excellent. The area is quiet, out of the main CBD area and quiet because of this. There are a number of restaurants nearby and close to the Villa Borghese Gardens which is a good area for a daylight walk.

I was pretty happy with everything. The only 'facility' I wasn't sure about was the intercom camera to the front desk. Perhaps a perceived safety feature in days past but not a requirement for me. I am not sure if there is one in every room or only certain rooms.
